Delivery

 

All items are subject to postage and packaging costs.

 

Ready to ship prints and accessories will be dispatched within 1-3 working days (excluding bank holidays).

 

Stretched canvases will be dispatched within 3-7 working days (excluding bank holidays) 

 

Commissioned and made to order pieces will be dispatched according to time lines mutually agreed upon. 

 

Delivery of some items may require a signature upon receipt. Tracking numbers will be emailed to buyers where applicable.

 

International deliveries may incur shipping taxes which will be payable by the buyer. It is the buyers responsibility to ascertain the cost of such taxes if applicable. Please note international shipping rates can vary from country to country, therefore we will require an exact delivery address if you would like to know how much shipping will cost in advance. Shipping rates can be subject to change, the rates given at the time will be honoured for 24 hours.

 

Returns

 

We take great care in packaging and delivering our Products, if for any reason your Products are delivered damaged, please evidence the damage photographically and get in touch with us within 48 hours of receipt, to show the damaged packaging and how it has impacted the Product. Each case will be dealt with individually, and should we decide the damage was extensive enough to warrant a refund, one will be issued via the original form of payment. Alternatively, if a replacement is required, this will be discussed and a new time line for completion and delivery will be agreed upon with the buyer.

 

Please note, refunds will not be permitted for customised or commissioned pieces of art and or accessories. 

 

Ready to ship canvases, prints and accessories

 

Please unpack and carefully retain all packaging until you have decided that you are happy with your purchase. From the time you receive your Products, you have 48 hours to decide whether to keep or return them in their original condition for a refund. Please contact us with your intent to return and the reasons why within 48 hours of receipt via the contact us form.

 

All returns are to be shipped out at the buyer’s expense within 30 days. Products received after this 30 day period will not be refunded. Products must be shipped in the original packaging. If this is not possible, the buyer is responsible to purchase the correct type of packaging so they may be returned in a safe, resalable condition. Refunds will not be issued until we have received the Products and inspected them for damage. Where Products have been returned damaged, a refund will not be given. Please retain proof of postage. Refunds will only be given for the original purchase price of the Products sold, not for return packaging, postage or international customs fees.

How to return undamaged Products

 

Step 1 - Contact us within 48 hours of your intent and reasons to return. If items are damaged, you will be asked to provide photographic evidence.

 

Step 2 - Repackage the Products using the original packaging materials. If you have already disposed of the original packaging, you will be responsible for purchasing similar acid free packing materials to send the Products back safely and securely to us. 

 

Step 3 - Return the Products using the correct postage & delivery method. We must receive them within 30 days of purchase. Retain your proof of postage. Contact us with the details of your return.

 

Step 4 - We will contact you once the Products have been received and inspected and you will be notified whether a refund will be issued. Damage caused by improper packaging will not be refunded. Undamaged Products will be processed and refunded to your original source of payment  (minus postage and packaging and international customs fees where applicable).
