How do order something from the website?
Just get in touch via the Contact Us form with the name and code of the products. We will require a full delivery address. We accept payment via bacs transfer or through a Paypal invoice. Chose your preferred method of payment on email and we will send you details accordingly. Once we have received full payment, you will receive an email for your order and dispatch notification along with any tracking ID where relevant.
How do I go about getting a piece of art commissioned?
Please contact us here with your artistic needs no matter how great or small and we will work with you to create your unique piece of art.
Will I be charged for postage & packaging?
Yes, all deliveries will be subject to postage and packing costs and if applicable, a tracking ID will be supplied. In some instances a signature will be required upon delivery, and as the buyer, it is your responsibility to receive the delivery.
Do you deliver outside of the UK?
Yes we do. Please note international shipping fees and taxes will apply. Let us know the exact international delivery address and we will price your delivery accordingly. A signature will be required upon delivery, and as the buyer, it is your responsibility to receive the delivery. Shipping rates can be subject to change, the rates given at the time will be honoured for 24 hours.

Do you accept returns and can I get a refund?
Yes for ready to ship artwork and accessories, as long as they are returned undamaged in a saleable condition.
Unfortunately, commissioned and made-to-order items are non refundable as they are customised to you and not resalable. Please refer to our terms and conditions and returns and delivery policy for more information.
